How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking months in advance to secure your preferred date. Cinco gets booked fast — great team, great deals… they run out! 😉
How do I book a service?

You can book directly through our Facebook Page. We'll guide you through the booking form and send a contract link for confirmation.
What are your payment terms?

A ₱500 non-refundable downpayment (per service) is required to reserve your date. Balance can be settled on or before the event day.
Can I request collaboration or sponsorship?

Yes! For tie-ups or sponsorships, please message our page or contact Honey directly for review and approval.
Do you provide edited photos?

Yes! All final outputs are professionally enhanced. We can also give you raw photos on the same day — just bring your laptop! For Google Drive delivery of raw files, there’s a small storage fee
How soon will I receive my photos or videos?

Enhanced Photos: 3–10 days
Enhanced Videos: 2–3 weeks
Same-Day Edits (SDE): Delivered at the event
Can I request revisions or additional edits?

Minor edits are free. Major or specific revision requests may include additional charges.
How will I receive my files?

All final outputs are uploaded to Google Drive and shared securely with a download link.
How long will my files stay in Google Drive?

We store files for 30 days. Please download your copies right away to avoid loss.
What’s included in the photobooth package?

Packages usually include booth setup, backdrop, fun props, unlimited prints (depending on package), and soft copies of all photos.
How long does it take to set up the booth?

We arrive 30 mins to 1 hour before the event for setup and testing.
